Welcome to Cuefolio (the "App"). The App is provided by dreamerfisher.inc ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

Cuefolio provides the following services:

• Billiard and ball sports scoring functionality
• A scoring community platform for user interaction and sharing
• Professional billiard match and practice data analysis
• Support for multiple billiard game types with match recording and statistics

2. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete account information
• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Subscriptions & Payments

3.1 Subscription Plans

The App offers monthly and annual subscription plans to unlock premium features.

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). All payments are subject to the respective platform's payment terms.

3.4 Refund Policy

Refund requests must be processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We cannot process refunds directly. Please contact the respective platform's customer support to request a refund:

4. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of others
• Upload or transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App
• Create false accounts or impersonate others
• Post inappropriate, harassing, or offensive content
• Attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and design are the property of dreamerfisher.inc and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit through the App (such as match data, comments, etc.). However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process such content to provide and improve our services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any defects will be corrected in a timely manner
• The service or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dreamerfisher.inc and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Service Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms of Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
